The point totals on your check are only updated monthly. The points in your account are updated in real time.

Why does my account show a deduction or an increase in points?
A deduction could occur due to an injury or a safety infraction. An increase could occur upon recommendation from the safety staff, a project supervisor or CVE management.
If I get laid off, am I still able to redeem my points?
Your points are still available even if you are no longer employed by CVE and you have enough points for a minimum order.
If I do get laid off, are my unused points still available for me to use when/if I return to work with CVE?
Your points will not be deducted and will continue to accrue when/if you are rehired by CVE.
Can I transfer points to any other CVE employees?
Points are not transferrable.
What is the safety programs return policy?
Cache Valley Safety Programs return policy varies depending on the item ordered. Please see the section below that pertains to the item you wish to return. A return authorization number can be provided by a customer service representative via that Contact Us form.

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of original purchase date. Cache Valley Electric Safety Program requires original package paperwork and packaging material for all returns.
Please keep all original packaging materials to prevent damage to the items. All packaging paperwork will be necessary in order to process any returns and/or exchanges. A Return Authorization number must be requested and reflected on the return package. Cache Valley Electric Safety Program reserves the right to inspect and/or reject any returned goods. Cache Valley Electric Safety Program reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 15% of the purchase price.

You may return a cell phone within the first 30 days after delivery. It typically takes up to two weeks to process cell phone returns after they arrive at our returns center. If you haven't received your refund after this period, please contact us so that we can further research the issue.
Returning a cell phone does not automatically cancel the service contract with your carrier. If you are returning a phone for a refund, you will need to contact the carrier directly to cancel your service plan.
Your cellular carrier will still charge you a prorated fee for the time you had the phone and service, including any additional roaming or long-distance fees and for any extra minutes you used. Also, activation fees are generally nonrefundable. For specific answers regarding service-plan cancellations, please contact your carrier directly. Carrier contact information is provided on the packing slip/invoice that is shipped with your cell phone/plan order. Pay As You Go (or prepaid) phone cards are not returnable, as we have no way to check their value. If the card is defective, we recommend that you contact a local authorized dealer, or the carrier directly.
Computers purchased from Cache Valley Electric Safety Program, which have not been opened, may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Computers purchased from Cache Valley Electric Safety Program which have been opened are subject to a 15% restocking fee to be deducted from the total amount the customer is refunded. Computers may not be returned more than 30 days from the date of shipment receipt. All packaging paperwork will be necessary in order to process any returns and/or exchanges.
